Nothing Like You was the only vocal on my first Miles Davis record, Miles In The Sky - My mom brought it home for me, thinking that the cover art would make me happy- Little did she know what she had brought!

Much later, I wanted to pay a small tribute to how much I enjoyed the Bob Dorough composition... and I had met him and hung out with him...and loved him - Then I flashed on Joe Williams...and put the two styles, cool and hot together... the transition worked.
